Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage five social media accounts across Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & Spa
  2. Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms
  3. Create, curate, edit and manage all published content (images, video, written)
  4. Write compelling captions that align with the brand’s voice and strategy
  5. Prepare influencer content creation briefs and coordinate with PR agencies for execution
  6. Implement and lead strategic initiatives for follower growth and audience engagement
  7. Plan and execute content creation from photoshoot to video editing
  8. Compile and deliver detailed monthly reports on social media performance and analytics using industry-standard tools
  9. Manage influencer relationships and introduce brand partnership
  10. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy
  11. Manage social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner
  12. Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  13. Provide live coverage or real-time posting for brand events to enhance audience engagement
  14. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales
  15. Analyze campaign data and web traffic metrics
  16. Manage property websites and OTA content update

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2+ years of related work experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management
  2. Previous experience in luxury five-star hospitality industry is preferred
  3. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
  4. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with ability to source own data and insights
  5. Experience managing paid social media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
  6. Self-motivated, ability to identify problems and work methodically to solve them
  7. The ability to work independently, highly organized and detail oriented
  8. A natural eye for engaging content and visual design
  9. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  10. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
