Social Media Manager (Leisure)

We're working with an exciting hospitality company in Dubai, and we're looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to help elevate their online presence and connect with their vibrant community.

In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing dynamic social media strategies, engaging with both current and potential customers, and building a loyal online community. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative content that drives interaction and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute engaging social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and community-building initiatives.
2. Lead the community management efforts, including responding to inquiries, monitoring engagement, and fostering brand loyalty.
3. Work closely with creative teams and external agencies to produce content that resonates with the target audience.
4. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
5. Track social media performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to promote brand initiatives, promotions, and events.
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in social media management, community building, or digital marketing (fast fashion, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries preferred).
2. Proven track record in creating engaging content and growing online communities.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
5. A genuine passion for hospitality, retail, and lifestyle brands.
