Join Our Team as a Senior Social Media Manager!

Your Mission:
Reporting to the VP Marketing, you'll be in charge of building a top-performing social media team, planning the social media strategy, creating innovative concepts, and developing David Laroche's and Paradox's social media presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Win two YouTube distinct battles: David Laroche & Paradox
   • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of YouTube to create and deliver groundbreaking content ideas.
   • Direct and empower partnerships with agencies and video editors to ensure all video productions are high-quality and aligned with our brand vision.
   • Own and drive the editorial calendar with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent and impactful publication.
   • Innovate and deliver scroll-stopping thumbnails that elevate engagement.
   • Craft impactful shorts using basic editing skills (Premiere Pro) or AI tools.
   • Recruit a passionate writer and researcher to craft compelling scripts for documentaries and innovative video formats.
2. Create hype on David Laroche's Instagram account and develop Paradox's Instagram
   • Deliver outstanding content by owning the creation process entirely and autonomously.
   • Curate and repurpose key video content into innovative formats (Carousels, posts, infographics).
   • Craft a forward-thinking editorial calendar aligned with overarching marketing strategies.
   • Implement robust iteration & testing protocols to crack the next viral content format.
   • Foster meaningful connections with subscribers and partners through impactful communication.
3. Elevate our community engagement to unprecedented levels
   • Design and implement forward-thinking content strategies.
   • Keep up to date with trends to adapt our content.
4. Systemize excellence
   • Delve into analytics to extract actionable insights from KPIs.
   • Relentlessly seek and test high-performing content formats.
   • Craft a seamless process for optimizing and redistributing top content.
   • Keep a pulse on industry shifts and new avenues for audience engagement.
5. Be the first point of contact and our first ambassador
   • Lead the development of a robust online community through impactful engagement.
   • Manage and resolve customer concerns through social media.
6. Attract, find & hire great talents & lead them to excellence
   • Source talent in your network and create a machine to attract talent.
   • Inspire and empower a team of social media specialists.
   • Set ambitious yet achievable targets and maintain team accountability.
   • Champion a culture of positivity and collaboration.
   • Continuously optimize team structure and operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
