Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Manage and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media
• Analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights
• Research and implement social media trends, new formats, and innovative content strategies
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency
• Coordinate and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong focus on video production
• Skilled in shooting and editing videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and engaging content
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Creator Studio
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content accordingly
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting new content ideas
