Our client: A luxury developer is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for elevating our client's presence in the ultra-luxury real estate market by developing and executing a strategic social media plan. This role will ensure consistent brand messaging, support overall marketing strategies, and effectively manage the company's online reputation.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Design and oversee the implementation of a strategic social media plan that aligns with our client's brand vision and positions it as a leader in the ultra-luxury real estate market.
  2. Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for our client's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  3. Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to foster a positive online community.
  4. Build and nurture a community of high-net-worth individuals, influencers, and industry stakeholders by engaging with followers and managing conversations that align with our client's elite image.
  5. Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI while maintaining our client's luxurious brand tone.
  6. Track social media trends and insights, providing recommendations to enhance engagement and expand reach.
  7. Prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and key metrics to support strategy adjustments.
  8. Write and edit compelling content for social media posts, our client's website, and company newsletters.
  9. Collaborate with the design and creative teams to produce visual content, including graphics and photos, that aligns with our client's brand standards.
  10. Organize and maintain digital files, media clippings, and reports for easy access and reference.
  11. Conduct research on real estate industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform social media strategies.
  12. Analyze social media performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  13. Ensure all social media communications are consistent with our client's brand identity and messaging.
  14. Assist in managing the company's online reputation and address any inquiries or feedback effectively.
  15. Collect insights from the Sales, Sales Operations, and Development teams to guide future marketing strategies.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the luxury universe, luxury real estate, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of luxury brand communication, excellent written and visual content creation skills, ability to manage multiple platforms, dynamic, multi-tasking, attention to detail, creativity.
