Summary of Job Profile:
- The role is responsible for managing the company's integrated lead generation programs for Dental practices. You serve as the marketing subject matter expert on their clinical verticals collecting all knowledge of the competitive landscape, medical associations, media outlets and industry events. You will be responsible for driving market awareness and lead conversion through both inbound and outbound channels. Will set strategy, create deliverables and execute targeted campaigns for prospective customers to drive new leads. You will not only be heading the Marketing Team, but will also be expected to be closely involved in all segments of Digital Marketing & Social Media.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the region encompassing activities with Paid Media, Integrated Communications, and Creative Direction.
- Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department to ensure optimal ROI for each channel.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the brand message is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints, utilizing omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Creating the monthly content for all of Dr. Joy Dental Clinic's social media accounts.
- Write and promote the profiles and press releases for new doctors and dental hygienists.
- Overlook the graphics for all of the posts, social media adverts, blogs, profiles, press releases and articles.
- Creating social media adverts for Facebook and Instagram. Conducting A/B testing with social media adverts to see which one performs better.
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews across every social media platform.
- Should have Extensive knowledge of current and emerging social channels and best practices.
- Co-ordinate with all external agencies and corporate houses for blogs and renewal of contracts.
- Co-ordinate with the clinic managers of our various clinic branches for summaries and photos for any events organized. Write the articles based on the information provided.
- Cover Facebook and Instagram live videos and Instagram stories.
- Recommend and Develop Strategies give inputs, marketing & sales ideas to the Top management.
- Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements with marketing agencies, vendors etc.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future services.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Expand and develop marketing platforms Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube etc.
- Ensure all website information is updated.
- Clinic and Doctors USP highlighted.
- Create patient Education videos and post in Clinic and on Social Media.
- Engage with Bloggers, PR agencies for creating Third party testimonials.
- Ensure all Doctors internally are aware of getting Patient Reviews, Patient Videos, coordinate with PMs to get them organized and posted.
- Liaise with external agencies and look for opportunities to create Exposure of Brand and our Key services are talked about.
- Create engagement opportunities for Senior Management to be seen as Thought Leaders in Dental Field, through PR, Media Interviews, Talks, etc.
- Uploading new doctors/dental hygienists profile on our website & ensuring site smoothness.
- Removing doctors/dental hygienists profile from website who are no longer with DJDC.
- Uploading new doctors/dental hygienists PR on external sites upon creating the content, and graphics from the Graphic Designer.
- Uploading new doctors/dental hygienists post on Google My Business.
- Posting ongoing dental promotions on Google My Business.
- Sending out SMS blasts in batches for any ongoing promotion.
- Sending emailers to the database for any ongoing promotions on creating the content for the same as well as coordinating with the Graphic Designer for the required graphics.
- Create marketing MIS every month and present to Management.
- Liaise with media and advertising.
- Monitor industry best practices and report to MD.
- Perform other related duties as and when required.
Education, Experience, Certification required for the position:
Experience: - Should have 7-8 years experience in Digital Marketing and BD.
Qualification: MBA in Marketing or similar.
