Job description

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive online traffic. You will manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, create and curate content, and collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful, brand-aligned messaging.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an effective social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing and business goals. This includes planning campaigns, setting objectives, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and working with the creative team for visual content.
  3. Engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  4. Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and posts, analyzing metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Use insights to refine strategy and improve results.
  5. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure the company’s content is fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
  6. Work closely with the marketing, content, and PR teams to align social media initiatives with larger marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
  7. Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  8. Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all social media platforms. Maintain and grow the brand’s presence, ensuring all posts align with the company’s identity and values.
  9. Quickly and professionally address any negative feedback or social media crises, ensuring the company’s reputation is managed carefully and effectively.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
  3. Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content.
  6. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
