We are looking for an organized, results-oriented personality (m/f/d) who takes responsibility and drives our social media channels forward with strategic precision. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and analysis of our social media measures and actively contribute to the systematic expansion of our digital presence.

Your area of responsibility:

1. Cross-channel planning: Responsible for planning and implementing social media activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You control the strategy and the daily implementation.
2. Community Management: You actively manage communication with our community and ensure that all inquiries and interactions are answered professionally and promptly.
3. Monitoring & Reporting: You will analyze the performance of our social media measures and create regular reports that transparently document success.
4. Trend monitoring: You will observe current social media trends and make proactive, data-based suggestions for the further development of our strategy.
5. Further development of ad formats: You will contribute to the conceptual development of our existing social media ads and optimize them based on results and feedback.
