Social Media Content Manager
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager to drive brand engagement and deliver impactful content across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Management
- Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Plan, build, and optimize the content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand goals and trends.
- Create engaging, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that resonate with the target audience.
Community Management & Engagement
- Act as the digital voice of the brand, fostering meaningful interactions and conversations.
- Monitor and manage multiple social media streams simultaneously, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and conversations to capitalize on real-time engagement opportunities.
Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports on client accounts, trends, and key insights.
- Utilize data to optimize content performance and improve engagement rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Optimization
- Work closely with marketing, strategy, creative, and content teams to ensure social media is fully integrated into broader campaigns.
- Advise teams on best practices for increasing reach, engagement, and brand affinity.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to enhance content effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic-first required).
- Hands-on experience in community management and engagement.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and content optimization.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and proficient in social media analytics tools.
