Role & responsibilities:

  1. Support the Paid Media Analyst in creation of Paid Social strategies, and ongoing development.
  2. Build URLs including adding tracking parameters.
  3. Upload new campaigns and all relevant changes moving forward i.e. audience targeting, creatives.
  4. Understand market trends and seasonality fluctuations and apply learnings to the campaign(s).
  5. Understand client(s) demographic profiles and apply to campaign developments and optimizations.
  6. Work alongside the Audience & Data Insights Team and use our social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our clients/prospects target audiences and trends.
  7. Collaborate with the client’s internal team, agency, or/and our Content team to support and manage the Social strategy.
  8. Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
  9. Analyze the end of campaign performance, considering audience growth, engagement, reach, leads, and sales.
  10. Support the Social Strategists with organizing the campaigns and communicating with social influencers and internal communications.

From an Optimization and Development perspective, you’ll be required to:

  1. Carry out basic optimization practices and daily checks.
  2. Analyze and use conversion tracking data to further optimize and develop campaigns.
  3. Support A/B tests.
  4. Ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with campaign strategies and commercial goals.
  5. Support with weekly and monthly analysis in preparation of client update meetings and calls.

From a Client Interaction perspective, you’ll be required to:

  1. Understand the client’s brand as part of the brand immersion process.
  2. Maintain transparency of daily client communication via a group client email address.

Qualification & skills requirements:

  1. Educated to degree level, or equivalent.
  2. Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills.
  3. Some previous experience in social marketing is essential.
  4. Smart, motivated and results-driven analytical individual.
  5. Able to multitask and work well with a team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent attention to detail.
  7. Confident and clear communicator, able to build excellent working relationships.
  8. Brilliant networking skills.
