As a Social Media Intern, you’ll work alongside our marketing and strategy teams, providing essential support to ensure seamless social media operations, engaging audience experiences, and strategic alignment with our brand goals. You’ll be actively involved in content creation, community engagement, and collaborating directly with our team to enhance our digital presence and drive business growth. This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing meaningfully to our innovative AI company.

Role: Social Media Intern

We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Intern to join our team and contribute to shaping our digital presence while driving meaningful client engagement. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to blend creativity with business strategy, supporting social media initiatives while actively engaging with clients and contributing to our growth. As part of an innovative AI company, you’ll gain real-world experience in marketing, customer success, and business development.

What You'll Do

1. Craft and curate compelling content that resonates with our audience across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
2. Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, tech, and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic content calendars.
4. Design eye-catching visuals and create engaging video content that brings our brand story to life.
5. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize our digital performance.
6. Foster meaningful connections with our community through authentic engagement and consistent brand voice.
7. Drive social media campaigns from ideation to execution alongside our marketing team.
8. Help establish and refine our social media playbook through documentation of best practices.
9. Assist in coordinating and promoting virtual and in-person events.
10. Support for Customer Engagement in Comments/DM.
11. Support the team in creating targeted collaborations for specific campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field - Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique ecosystems.
2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling.
3. Hands-on experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic graphic design principles.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain brand consistency.
5. Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
6. Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
7. Portfolio of social media work (personal or professional).
8. Experience managing a personal or company social media profile with more than 30,000 followers is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

1. Duration: This is a 4-month fully remote internship.
2. Compensation: 500 EUR per month for the first two months, increasing to 700 EUR per month for the following two months.
3. Future Prospects: Depending on performance.
4. Benefits: Full remote position.
