Job description

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping the online presence and identity of the company. This includes designing and executing innovative social media strategies, creating engaging content, and leveraging analytics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and the company's overall digital footprint. You will ensure consistent and impactful representation across all platforms, foster relationships with online audiences, and contribute to broader marketing efforts. Additionally, you will represent ARAB LAND and its subsidiaries at industry events, showcasing expertise and leadership in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives and audience insights.
  2. Identify and optimize the company's presence on key social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  3. Design visually compelling graphics, including property listings, infographics, brochures, banners, and other digital assets.
  4. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and convey clear, impactful messages.
  5. Create captivating and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  6. Write engaging property descriptions, articles, and promotional materials to highlight company's services and offerings.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive content calendar and ensure consistent messaging.
  8. Manage and moderate social media interactions, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  9. Build and nurture relationships with the online community to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.
  10. Monitor industry-related conversations to identify opportunities for participation and thought leadership.
  11. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to generate actionable insights and reports.
  12. Utilize data to refine strategies, improve engagement, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  13. Stay updated on the latest platform tools, features, and algorithm updates to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
  14. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to synchronize social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  15. Build connections with influencers, industry leaders, and potential collaborators to enhance the company's visibility.
  16. Support social media initiatives for subsidiary companies of ARAB LAND, as required.
  17. Represent ARAB LAND and its subsidiaries at industry events, demonstrating expertise and leadership in real estate.
