Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy, leveraging existing and emerging platforms to increase brand visibility;
Act as the face and voice of the brand by creating engaging video content, hosting live sessions, and participating in trending social media conversations;
Create compelling, high-quality content (videos, reels, stories, posts) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand identity;
Ideate and implement creative campaigns that enhance audience interaction and drive engagement;
Work closely with the design, brand marketing, and sales teams to develop detailed content calendars;
Stay updated on trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices to optimise content reach and engagement;
Monitor social media conversations, engage with followers, and respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner;
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand the brand's reach;
Analyse social media insights and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement;
Keep an eye on competitor activities and industry trends to ensure the brand remains ahead in the social media landscape;
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms;
Test and implement new social media tools, features, and trends to enhance brand engagement;
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in media, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role;
Experience in creating video content and being on camera is a must;
Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus;
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices;
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools;
Familiarity with video editing software and content creation tools;
Strong video creation and storytelling abilities;
