Social Media Executive

Role Overview: As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating compelling and viral video content, overseeing idea generation and execution, and staying updated on trends in Dubai's aesthetics and gynecology sectors. You will collaborate closely with our in-house video editor to produce high-quality content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute viral video content that resonates with our target audience.
2. Stay informed about trends in Dubai's aesthetics and gynecology industries to develop relevant content, particularly through Instagram and Facebook Reels.
3. Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting (at least 4 times a week) and timely responses to engagement.
4. Drive organic lead generation through increased brand awareness and engagement metrics.
5. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and video views to optimize content strategy.
6. Be responsible for handling Google reviews.
7. Any other social media tasks given by the management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in creating viral content and managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
2. Strong understanding of Dubai's trends in aesthetics and gynecology.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, including our in-house video editor.
4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Demonstrated success in growing followers and increasing engagement through creative content strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
3. Proficiency in analytics tools to track social media performance.
