Overview

We are seeking an Executive - Social Media to join our team and lead the strategic planning and execution of social media initiatives for our private label product line. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, driving engagement and growth across our digital channels.

Job Duties & Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including product features, lifestyle imagery, user-generated content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform strategy and tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for different social media channels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Experience with social media advertising and influencer partnerships is a plus.
