As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for executing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and community management.
You will collaborate to ensure alignment with the brand’s overall digital strategy. From developing engaging bilingual content (Arabic & English) to managing influencer collaborations and performance tracking, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the brand’s digital presence.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HootSuite, Emplifi, Meta business suite). Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends. Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft on-brand, engaging captions. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to idea generation and campaign execution. Experience with customer care and community management is a plus.
