Build and manage a content calendar aligned with key mall events, offers, and campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams and retailers to develop detailed content briefs that guide the creation process.
Community Management:
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a brand-appropriate manner.
Monitor discussions, identify engagement opportunities, and foster a vibrant online community.
Client Requests & Ad-Hoc Support:
Handle urgent client requests for social content, ensuring prompt and professional execution.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with broader mall campaigns.
Translation Support: Ensure all content is culturally relevant and accurately translated for diverse audiences.
Influencer & Retailer Coordination: Organize photo and video shoots, briefing participants, securing approvals, and ensuring all content meets brand guidelines.
Crisis Management: Monitor social channels for potential issues, develop response strategies, and safeguard the brand’s reputation.

Proven experience in social media content creation, live coverage, and community management.
Strong coordination and project management skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) for content translation and community engagement.
