Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of social media management, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Lead a team of social media professionals in developing engaging and informative content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and messaging in both English and Arabic.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor social media conversations and online sentiment, proactively addressing brand mentions and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, public relations) to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers to expand brand awareness.
  • Manage social media budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in leading and growing social media programs.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, content marketing principles, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing social media budgets.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
