Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain software applications that support the institute's educational programs and administrative processes.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new software features and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Ensure the security and functionality of software systems.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and create content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing and software development.
Proficient in programming languages relevant to our tech stack.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
