Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
2. Create, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
3. Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
4. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on results.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
6. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and industry best practices.
7. Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
3. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
7. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
