What you'll be doing
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and engaging content across various social media platforms. Your role will involve creating high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand's voice, values, and objectives, while driving engagement, reach, and follower growth. You will work closely with the marketing and creative content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, while staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices. You will partner closely with 3rd parties (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat) to co-create content and campaigns. You will be responsible for reporting monthly analysis of content performance to key teams and to adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- Manage social media channels (Including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tiktok)
- Build a monthly content calendar that resonates with the customer audience.
- Be responsible to continuously growing the brands follower-base and increasing audience engagement.
- Create engaging and innovative content for social media platforms that is social-first.
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality of work in line with brand standards.
- Align all social content with strategy, brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with the content and brand marketing team to lead pre-planning for social shoots, oversee post-production and drive branded content to completion.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.
- Visit the stores and collaborate with the store team to lead live from the store content.
- Liaise with brands to request brand imagery and content making sure it is in line with the buy and on brand.
- Coordinate with influencers or external content creators for collaborations and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the buyers on any new or exclusive brand drops to make sure social media is covering all relevant product.
- Define and implement a holistic strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision, integrating content and culture.
- Provide performance insights to the content team, promoting a growth culture and optimizing content ideation, distribution, scheduling, and amplification in an agile environment.
- Take ownership of content platform performance, building dashboards to report on key business indicators.
- Have the ability to create exceptional digital interfaces and content experiences using design tools such as Adobe, with support from the Graphic Design team.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing team to co-manage strategic partnerships, events, and social media, ensuring growth in online community reach and engagement.
- Create innovative content using the latest tools and technology, including but not limited to AI tools, AR etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent knowledge and use of social media channels.
- Contacts & proven case studies of work within key 3rd party players are preferred (Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok)
- Passionate about staying ahead of the curve in digital trends and social media innovations.
- Solid experience in content creation, social media trends, best practices, algorithms and platform management.
- Understanding of current retail trends and their influence on content strategies.
- 3 years of experience with Adobe premiere, Adobe After Effects and video editing software in order to edit social reels and create exceptional interfaces and content for the necessary platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of creative storytelling and visual design.
- Strong communication, interview and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
