Role Overview

Arada Hospitality is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Aljada, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, shooting and editing videos/photos, and capturing key events across various platforms. This role requires exceptional videography, photography, and post-production skills, with a focus on creating standout content for Instagram, tiktok and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Video & Photo Content Production:
• Shoot and edit per event or project, ensuring professional-quality visuals and compelling storytelling.
• Create captivating reels, stories, and visual content to highlight Arada's events, projects, and brand identity.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand aesthetic across all video and photo content.

• Event Coverage & Visual Storytelling:
• Film and photograph events, and activations at Aljada's key destinations such as Nest Campus, Boost, Hungry Wolves, Manbat, Zad and other relevant brands.
• Capture dynamic video footage and professional photographs for social media use.
• Edit and deliver finalised visual content promptly using trending transition formats ideal for social.

• Creative Direction & Engagement:
• Develop innovative visual concepts and storytelling approaches for videos and photos.
• Stay updated with visual trends to create viral-worthy content.
• Contribute to community engagement through visually compelling content.

• Production & Workflow Management:
• Utilise professional editing software and mobile apps to produce high-quality video and photo content.
• Manage video/photo production workflow and content calendars using platforms like Monday.com.
• Stay updated with visual content trends and videography best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, photography, and social media visual content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise with Instagram/tiktok video and photo content formats.
• Advanced skills in shooting and editing high-quality videos and professional photography.
• Experience with video editing software, and mobile apps, post-production techniques.
• Creative vision for developing engaging visual narratives.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Strong time management skills and ability to deliver quality content under tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or background in Marketing, Digital Media
• Strong editing and visual storytelling skills
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, or event videography/photography.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools to track visual content performance.
• Equipment proficiency and ability to adapt to various shooting conditions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and events teams.
