Social Media & Community Manager

Our client, a leading hospitality and leisure business based in Dubai, seeks an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Manager and a Community Manager to join their team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the company's online presence, fostering engagement with the community, and developing creative social media strategies that align with the brand's values and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• UAE experience in social media/community management, within the hospitality or leisure sector.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong creative skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A good understanding of brand building and online community management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Engage and interact with online communities, customers, and influencers to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure consistency across all communications.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the brand's strategy.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, events, and contests to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Build and nurture relationships with local influencers and online communities.
