Social Media and content creator manager

We’re recruiting a 'Sr. HR Executive’ for one of our clients based in Fujairah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the recruitment process and conduct new employee orientations
• Prepare employment contracts and oversee documentation
• Support the execution of performance appraisal systems
• Assist in identifying training and development needs
• Administer payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Oversee employee benefits programs
• Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees
• Monitor employee training progress and maintain records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Requirements :

• Master’s in HRM or PG Diploma in HR
• 4-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company in the UAE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills with a deadline-driven approach
• Employee benefits as per the UAE Labour Law
