Social Media Account Manager

We are searching for an Account Manager for Media and Social Media to oversee a portfolio of accounts for different clients by managing their social media pages. In order to guarantee optimal performance, we will schedule frequent meetings and phone conversations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct studies on audience preferences and benchmark patterns that are currently in place.
2. Create and carry out a social media plan that supports corporate objectives.
3. Establish clear targets and track returns on investment.
4. Create, modify, release, and distribute interesting content on a daily basis (such as news, images, videos, and original text).
5. Communicate with followers, promptly answer their questions, and keep an eye on customer reviews.
6. Track SEO and site traffic metrics.
7. Work with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to guarantee brand consistency.
8. Manage the look of your social media profiles (such as your blog's layout, profile photographs, and Facebook cover).
9. Create and execute fresh elements, such as contests and promotions, to increase brand recognition.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years experience as Social Media Account Manager.
2. Experience in creating social media strategy.
3. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
