We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced dentist to join our team in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing high-quality dental care to our patients and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations
• Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
• Educate patients on proper dental hygiene and oral care practices
• Create treatment plans and discuss options with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with patients as necessary
• Be a leader and take ownership in the practice and the staff
• Ambitious, driven and motivated provider who wants to earn a good living doing what they love and take the program to the next level

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
