Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing and growing accounts within an Advertising Agency.
2. Good understanding of client needs.
3. Ability to upsell and bring in new business.
4. Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Customer Service mindset with a track record of successful client management.
6. 2+ years of experience in the Gulf region.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client communication and oversee day to day operations.
2. Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
3. Manage Client content calendars and Social Media accounts.
4. Assist in pitches and presentations for new projects.
5. Collaborate with the creative team and performance team to tailor solutions to client objectives.
6. Drive revenue growth through upselling services to clients.
