We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content across our social trading platform aligns with our community guidelines and maintains a positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review: Monitor and assess user-generated content on the social feed section to ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold platform policies consistently, addressing content that violates guidelines related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other prohibited behaviours.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve user-reported content issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and generate regular reports on key metrics.
  • User Education: Assist in creating educational materials to help users understand community guidelines and promote responsible social media usage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content moderation or a similar role within social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social trading dynamics and community management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to make quick, accurate decisions and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms.
