Social Content Moderator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Content Moderator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content across our social trading platform aligns with our community guidelines and maintains a positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Review: Monitor and assess user-generated content on the social feed section to ensure compliance with community standards.
2. Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold platform policies consistently, addressing content that violates guidelines related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other prohibited behaviours.
3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve user-reported content issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
4. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and generate regular reports on key metrics.
5. User Education: Assist in creating educational materials to help users understand community guidelines and promote responsible social media usage.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in content moderation or a similar role within social platforms.
2. Strong understanding of social trading dynamics and community management.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Ability to make quick, accurate decisions and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
5. Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms.
