SMM Manager / Social Media Specialist

About the Position:

We are looking for a talented and experienced SMM Manager who can effectively manage and develop our brand presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management and Moderation: Develop and implement a content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; monitor comments and messages; interact with the audience.
2. Video Marketing: Create scripts and organize the shooting of short videos for social media.
3. Unique Content Creation: Develop and implement unique segments aimed at promoting the company's services.
4. Regular Posting: Publish 25 to 35 posts/videos per month across specified platforms.
5. Daily Stories: Create and publish 3 to 15 stories daily on each social network.
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' activities and strategies on social media and analyze their effectiveness.
7. Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on performance results.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SMM Manager.
2. In-depth understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn principles.
3. Experience in creating and publishing engaging content.
4. Strong writing skills for creative text and video scripts.
5. Proficiency in graphic editing tools is a plus.
6. Experience with social media analytical tools.
7. Responsibility, initiative, creativity, and the ability to work as part of a team.
