Job Description:

• Oversee the slipform construction process, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site managers and engineers to optimize workflows and resolve any technical challenges during the slipforming process.
• Conduct regular inspections of slipform machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and prompt maintenance.
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices for slipform operations and safety protocols.
• Implement quality control measures to monitor concrete placement and ensure structural integrity of formed structures.
• Manage material inventory for slipforming activities, ensuring timely procurement and minimal waste.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, equipment performance, and crew activities for stakeholder review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred to ensure a solid technical foundation.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in slipform operations with a track record of successful project execution.
• Certifications in slipform technology or concrete construction will give candidates a competitive edge.
• Strong understanding of concrete properties and slipform techniques, with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Experience in working on large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in highways, bridges, or high-rise buildings.
