JOB TITLE

Ski/Snowboard Instructor | MAF Entertainment | Ski Dubai

Role Summary

The Ski/Snowboard Instructor will conduct private and group ski or snowboard lessons ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the instructor will ensure full supervision of the guests during lessons at all times and maintain a high standard of safety.

ROLE PROFILE

1. Respond appropriately and accurately to guest inquiries and requests relating to the teaching process, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Ensure all equipment supplied by rental to the Ski school guests is double-checked and set up correctly.
3. Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in Ski Dubai.
4. Maintain proficient, up-to-date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions, and services.
5. Advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.
6. Be responsible for all guests during lessons, from the time they leave the ski school meeting point until they return.
7. Ensure no guests pass the access control gate without the appropriate access pass.
8. Assist in all competitions and events in Ski Dubai.

Requirements

1. Certified ski/snowboard instructor (International qualification).
2. Advanced skier/snowboarder.
3. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
4. Flexibility in working shifts.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. One season in the ski school and experience in teaching kids.
