Job description

- Cleaning the Corridor, Reception, Store Room etc.

- Call for Maintenance team if required

- Answering and making phone calls

- Monitoring CCTV for the building

- Carryout Preventive Maintenance once in three months for the building

- Min. 3-4 years of experience as Building Watchman or Security in UAE

- Well-versed with cleaning and maintenance of the building

- Should know to use and manage Desktop PC

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
