Site Supervisor with renovation experience

We are seeking a Site Supervisor (Renovation & Fit-Out) to join our team in Dubai for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.

1. Site Supervision: Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
2. Project Planning: Develop schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
4. Contractor & Team Management: Supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure compliance with contracts.
5. Material Procurement: Order and manage materials to prevent delays.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations follow health & safety regulations.
7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, including plans, reports, and updates.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

1. 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in a Fit-out/Renovation company.
2. Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
3. In-depth knowledge of Interior Design, Joinery, and Fit-Out Industry.
4. Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to join immediately.
