Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor specializing in Interiors Fit-Out to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing renovation sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
2. Supervise and provide clear instructions to the renovation team and subcontractors.
3. Evaluate the performance of renovation employees and take corrective measures as necessary.
4. Recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
5. Oversee procurement and purchasing of materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
6. Prepare necessary documentation for payment approvals.
7. Conduct site visits for new inquiries and support pre-renovation assessments.
8. Manage client requirements on-site, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
9. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and client specifications.
10. Lead and manage the team, including recruiting and onboarding new workers.

1. Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects in UAE.

3. In-depth knowledge of renovation tools, equipment, and materials procurement.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
6. Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel to various sites.
