Site Supervisor/Foreman

Responsibilities

• Distributes the manpower based on the site engineer's instruction.
• Controls and monitors the materials and tools received from the project store.
• Coordinates with other activities in the project.
• Controls and monitors the project execution team for the right productivity.
• Plans the requirements of material and communicates to the Site Engineer.
• Ensures the quality of workmanship.
• Ensures control for less material waste and the skilled/semi-skilled time waste.
• Ensures the follow-up of all HSE rules and measures.
• Controls and monitors the work progress at the site as per project time frame.
• Handles the Testing & Commissioning of the project systems.

Requirements

• Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills.
