Site Supervisor - Fit out

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fit-out projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring fit-out work is carried out as per project plans, specifications, and timeline.
• Monitor work progress and ensure that all tasks are completed within the set schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and any deviations from the schedule.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available as needed and that deliveries are scheduled appropriately.
• Maintain clear communication with the project team to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports, safety audits, and inspection records.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site workers, maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in fit-out or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, building materials, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving site issues.
• Health and Safety certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field is a plus.
