Job description

Bachelors degree / Diploma in Engineering
5 years’ experience in duct fabrication & installation projects (in / similar to marine industry) with at least 2 years’ of experience as Supervisor / Coordinator / Engineer.
Ability to develop, interpret and follow method statements/ procedures, specifications, drawings and relevant project and engineering documentation.
Thorough understanding of technical drawings, plans and data.
Possess strong skills in using MS Office applications.
Project Management skills and knowledge/experience in DW144, DW143, ISO 15138, SMACNA duct construction standard etc. will be an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of various types of duct construction processes and the required equipment / tools. Knowledge & experience in duct cleaning projects, duct leak test and air-balancing works will be an advantage.
Good skills in estimation.
Knowledge and experience in ship repair, conversion and new building projects will be an added advantage.
