Site Supervisor

DAN Group is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor (interior, construction) to join our team and lead the integration of our service range into cutting-edge projects across the city!

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 5-7 years Interior fit out, Civil/MEP (UAE)

Salary range: AED 2500 to AED 3000

Benefits: Accommodation, Vehicle, Sim card will be provided

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the supervision of all site works, including Labour force, quality control and coordination with clients and management
2. Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
3. Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
4. Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
5. Material and manpower planning and management
6. Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
7. Responsible for all joinery fit outs
8. Planning of work & proper reporting by preparing daily and weekly progress reports
9. Supervise teams of technicians
10. Directly reporting to site Engineer
11. Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
12. Site Inspection and preparing BOQ
13. Honest, disciplined, self-motivated and hardworking
14. Site protection/Safety work environment to be monitored.

• Fitout or construction: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
