Job Location: UAE

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in fit-out or construction projects.
2. Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, building materials, and construction methods.
3. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving site issues.
6. Health and Safety certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) preferred.
7. Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field is a plus.
