Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all onsite activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities.
• Ensure that work is being carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the project manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Keep accurate records of construction progress, materials, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Health and safety certification is a plus.
