Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all construction activities at assigned project sites.
Manage and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and report regularly to project managers.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate material deliveries and equipment utilization.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Maintain accurate site documentation and daily logs.

Job Details:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
Excellent understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
Proven experience in managing site teams effectively.
Valid UAE driving license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
