Full job description

Job Summary:
The Site Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating site construction and maintenance activities. The role requires extensive experience in civil and M.E.P. (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, effective team management, and adherence to safety standards. The Site Foreman ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:
   Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site.
   Ensure all activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
   Monitor and manage labor performance and productivity.
2. Workforce Management:
   Distribute tasks among workers based on their skills and trade expertise.
   Provide guidance, training, and support to laborers as needed.
   Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on-site.
3. Technical Expertise:
   Review and interpret technical drawings and plans.
   Ensure accurate execution of civil and M.E.P. works.
   Operate and supervise the safe and effective use of tools and equipment.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
   Enforce compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.
   Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
5. Communication:
   Communicate effectively with the project team, including engineers, supervisors, and management.
   Prepare and submit daily reports on progress, challenges, and material usage.
   Address queries and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
6. Project Execution:
   Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks according to project schedules.
   Coordinate material procurement and usage.
   Monitor quality control and provide solutions for on-site challenges.
