Job Description:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project plans and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Enforce safety protocols as per UAE regulations.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain progress records and submit reports.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring proper inventory.
• Inspect work quality and resolve issues with materials and workmanship.
• Identify and solve site-related problems efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Site Supervisor; UAE experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
