Background: Good knowledge about Food and Beverage & Housekeeping experience and strong admin background from hospitality.

(ARABIC SPEAKING) is mandatory.

Job Title: Site Supervisor

We have an urgent requirement to source for the below role:

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily site operations, ensuring high standards of food and beverage services and housekeeping tasks.
2. Oversee and manage a team, ensuring proper delegation of tasks and adherence to company policies.
3. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across the site in line with hospitality best practices.
4. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.
5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Resolve guest complaints and operational issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
7. Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback for continuous improvement of site performance.
