Site Supervisor

EWT is currently seeking a Site Supervisor with expertise in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the operation and maintenance of STP and RO systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and operators
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on plant performance

Key Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Proven experience in managing STP and RO operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent technical and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in water treatment
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
