Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor – Chain Link Fence & Fencing Products Installation (2 Openings)

Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Site Supervisors to oversee our installation projects for chain link fence and other fencing products. These roles require managing the complete installation system—from planning and material handling to execution and final inspection. If you have a strong background in construction supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of fence installations, ensuring that all phases—from material procurement to final inspection—are executed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site installation teams, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
• Enforce rigorous safety standards and quality control protocols to ensure that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventories.
• Quickly identify and address any challenges or delays, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction or installation projects, ideally with chain link fences and/or other fencing products.
• Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role (experience exclusively outside the UAE will not be considered), with a solid understanding of local regulations and industry practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of chain link fence systems and various fencing products, including installation techniques and hardware specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications or willingness to obtain safety and equipment operation certifications are a plus.
