Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Site Superintendent for the Zuluf AM Upgrade Ph-II project in Sharjah. The role will focus on overseeing mechanical activities associated with the upgrade of wellhead platforms and the installation of critical mechanical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical engineering activities for the upgrade of 5 wellhead platforms.
• Lead the installation of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs) and ensure mechanical upgrades are executed effectively.
• Manage the slipovers, new PDM installations, and mechanical topside upgrades for wellhead platforms.
• Coordinate mechanical engineering activities with project teams to meet schedules, specifications, and budgets.
• Ensure all mechanical work is carried out according to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Oversee the installation of subsea flow lines and 15kV composite submarine power cables.
• Report regularly on progress, quality, and cost control within the mechanical engineering scope.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of mechanical engineering site supervision experience, with expertise in brownfield upgrades.
• Proven track record with offshore projects, especially in the oil and gas sector, working with wellhead platforms.
• Experience in managing mechanical installations, including ESPs and subsea infrastructure.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage site operations and collaborate with various teams.
