SITE SECRETARY
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and overseeing the company’s administrative and organizational procedures at the construction site.
- Manage and maintain project documentation including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for site-related meetings.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor and track project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle onsite logistics including scheduling deliveries and managing inventory of materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the site level.
- Support the preparation of progress reports and assist in budget monitoring.
- Maintain records of personnel attendance, leave, and other site-related HR matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the site team.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Site Secretary or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE will only be considered.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
