Site Operations Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum years of experience in construction site supervision.
3. Valid driving license is mandatory for site visits and supervision.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
8. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
9. Leadership and team management skills.
